With the Euroscan software, you can program for each battery type (P/N) one or more test or maintenance programmes, according to the component maintenance manuals (CMM) of the manufacturer.
The screens below present a synthesis of some of the main functionalities of the software.
Main bench management screen

On the main screen, you can follow up simultaneously the test cycles in process. Each "chassis" represents a bench channel, connected to a battery. On this example, the bench is fitted with four charge and discharge channels. For each battery, following parameters are displayed:

Test programming screen
 |
Each battery is recorded with the different sequences possible according to the battery maintenance manual. Beofre test start, the operator chooses the sequences corresponding to the process to be performed. These sequences include charge or discharge steps, at constant or variable voltage or intensity (with definition of an evolution profile). The software manages all types of processes, taking into account conditions for transferring from one step to another, cycling, stopping the process... |
Channel follow-up screen

The parameters of each channel are recorded in real time and can be displayed at any moment, by clicking on the corresponding "chassis". The display functions include:

Test report print
 |
Depending on the user choice, these test reports can be printedautomatically at the end of the test or on demand. All tests performed by the bench are stored in order to ensure the traceability of the maintenance operations.
